Akyga AK-EC-07 single-phase charger is used to charge electric vehicles equipped with IEC 62196-2 Type 2 charging socket, commonly known as Mennekes. The necessary information on the LCD display
The charger is equipped with a practical ControlBox. It indicates the operating status of the device and displays current charging parameters on the LCD screen, such as: charging current and power, mains voltage, total energy consumed by the device, charger temperature and charging time. In addition, the product allows you to select the current intensity from the values: 8 A, 10 A, 12 A and 16 A, which is done with the buttons. At the same time, the charger guarantees a stable connection during charging, with a power output of up to 3.8 kW, thanks to the high quality wires.
Charging security
The protection is complemented by such protections as OVP, OCP, OPP, OTP, SCP. They create the necessary protection of both the power supply and the charged device. They protect, among other things, against too high a current and voltage, as well as against overheating of the charger itself and the vehicle battery. At the back of the unit there is a bracket for hanging it e.g. on a garage wall.
Overcurrent protection. The charger will turn off when it detects stabilizer overload.
Thermal protection protects against overheating of the power supply, which could be damaged.
Overvoltage protection at the charger output. Protects the device being charged from damage.
The built-in temperature sensor in the plug ensures safety and protects against the consequences of overheating the car battery. Thanks to the appropriate controller, the device adjusts the parameters to maintain the optimal temperature during the charging process.

In addition, the charger has been designed to withstand the harsh conditions specified by the IP54 protection class. The materials used are extremely durable and robust.
