Intuitive ControlBox — the Heart of the Electric Car Charger
The central element of the EV charger is the easy-to-use ControlBox with LCD display, which monitors and presents the current charging parameters. The screen allows users to observe data such as charging current, voltage, power, energy consumed, device temperature and charging time can be observed on the screen. The user can adjust the charging power by selecting one of the available current values: 8 A, 10 A, 13 A, 16 A, with a maximum charging power of 3.8 kW. These functions allow full control over the charging process and customisation.
Comprehensive Protection
The safety of using the AC electric car charger is ensured by advanced protection systems such as OVP (over voltage protection), OCP (over current protection), OPP (overload protection), OTP (overheating protection) and SCP (short circuit protection). These comprehensive protections protect both the charger and the car battery, minimising the risk of damage and ensuring safe charging.
Overcurrent protection. The charger will switch off if it detects an overload of the stabiliser.
Thermal protection protects against overheating of the power supply, which could result in damage.
Protection against overvoltage at the charger's output. Protects the device being charged from damage.
The built-in temperature sensor in the plug ensures safety and protects against the consequences of overheating the battery in the car. Thanks to a suitable controller, the device regulates the parameters so as to maintain the optimum temperature during the charging process.
