The AK-U4-600 Ultimate series is a high-performance power supply with advanced parameters that makes it suitable for complex configurations. Its strength is in high maximum power of up to 600 W. Additionally, it is not afraid of high loads up to 540 W on the 12 V line. When working at the highest speed, it is effectively cooled by large 120 mm fan, which for even better efficiency is temperature-controlled components. Furthermore, the long power supply cables allows an easy installation in bottom-mounted enclosures. This increases the cooling performance inside the PC case when installed correctly. The reliability of the PSU is ensured by an extended warranty of 36 months.
The most efficient power supplies are 80 Plus certified. This is the standard that speaks of their efficiency. Depending on the class of the standard, the reduction of energy loss is between 80% and 94% at 100% load. This has a direct impact on energy savings and lower heat output.
The PSU is equipped with a number of protections and an APFC filter, which protect and prevent damage to components and stabilize the operation of the PSU, so it runs without unwanted interference.
OVP protection — Protects the power supply against too high a voltage on the output line. It is activated when the voltage increases by 15% from the nominal value.
